A new beauty queen has emerged to compete for the Miss Universe 2012. She is Bb. Pilipinas-Universe 2012 Janine Tugonon. She won last night in the Binibining Pilipinas 2012 beauty pageant held last night, April 15, at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Meanwhile, here are the winners:
