We had a simple Father’s Day celebration yesterday. End up eating out at a food place in Alabang Town Center with my wife and daughter.
We enjoyed eating at Café Mary Grace, decent meal in reasonable price and good service at this class restaurant. I’m also impressed with the homey and friendly design concept/ambience.
Perfect choice for a tasty Seafood Pasta for only 320 pesos, perfectly cooked clams, mussels, prawns, squid and cream dory enhanced with herbs, olives and mushrooms. Just isn’t complete without a generous amount of grated parmesan cheese and some chili flakes.
Sandwich was a much better partner for pasta and Fili Beef & Tomato Sandwich was our choice. Tender slices of beef sirloin served in between batard bread, moistened with pesto dressing and garnished with tomato and lettuce. It’s yummy and worth buying for 278 pesos.
Eating at Café Mary Grace isn’t complete without eating green salad. Smoked Ham with Almonds, Cranberries and Balsamic Vinaigrette this time. Slices of smoked ham, dried cranberries, and almonds on a bed of fresh red and green lettuce, and drizzled with tangy balsamic vinaigrette, all for 270 pesos.
It can be a simple date, but the best gift I’ve always received from them was their TIME. =)
