I really miss Tipas Hopia. Unfortunately there are only a very few stores that sell the said pastries most especially here in my area. Actually, I’m finding it hard to buy one.

It was influenced and originated from Chinese sweet rolls decades ago where almost Pinoys love to eat it during snacks. But there’s a brand currently available locally with almost the same yummy taste and quality I’m looking for. I know you are all very familiar with Eng Bee Tin.

Eng Bee Tin sells Chinese delicacies but they are known for different flavors of Hopia here in the Philippines.

Last night I bought two packs of Eng Bee Tin Hopia Mongo, I ate just this morning and I’m satisfied. Once again I missed Tipas Hopia. =)
