Reportedly, up to 36 people found dead includes the wife of Buluan Vice Mayor Ibrahim “Toto” Mangudadatu, relatives and some press people yesterday around 10 a.m. in the national highway of Akuran, Ampatuan town, Maguindanao.
They were suppose to file Mangudadatu’s certificate of candidacy for governor in 2010 elections in Maguindanao when group of armed man blocked their way going to the City Hall, got them for hostage but unfortunately they were killed by those almost a hundred armed people.
Luckily, Buluan Vice Mayor Mangudadatu happens to be in Manila for some commitments.
