A lot of people is now suspecting that the draw is being manipulated by pcso insider meaning crooks employee. Pls. I’m calling Mr. Chairman to cleanse your office of crooks. Thank u.

if pcso is really sincere saying that it is clean, why don’t you show on television simultaneous during the drawing of numbers, the mainframe computer or the computer that keep all the sold numbers. my suggtestion is the database where all the combination numbers are kept should be view on tv from the start of the drawing of the numbers until the computer is reattached with the electric cord and all the computer connections and then set to on. then the operator will search for the winning combination inside under the watch of nbi, pnp, civil society, coa and cbcp. then only then that i can say pcso is clean. the computer where the numbers are kept should be alone in the mirrored room without any attached cable, not even one cable, so technically it is off. only after the draw that all the authorized personnel shoudl enter the room. dont forget my suggestion that all of this should be televized. filipinos specially don’t crooks are very intelligent. they can go around the system. i am not saying that pcso is not clean but until you will follow my advise, there is always a cloud of doubt on all your operations. showing the weighing of balls, the dancing balls inside the cookie jar and the representative is not enough. show the computer and the way you will search the numbers. my doubt arises when i notice that the draw in 6/42 and others are easily won even the pot is only 6m, 9m or even lower than that. do you mean to say that filipinos are intelligent bettor than that of other countries. in other countries even 6/42 is hard to hit. in the philippines, 6m pa lang ang pot may nananalo na. hindi ako makapaniwala. alam nyo ba kung gaano kadami ang combination ng 6/42. maybe there is luck sometimes but not most of the time. check your result. there is no concrete basis on my suspisions. i may be wrong but my concern is for the fairness and safety of the bets. so please mr pcso chairman, i know you are a very honest person, please add mu suggestion to your program.

Just a suggestion, if PCSO really wants to help a lot of people with the Lotto game, why don’t they draw maybe 5 to 10 winning combinations, especially when the winning pot is just to big. I think that would be a very big help to everyone Thank you.

i am just inform to mr chairman about something … someone use his name for not good …someone pretend to be mr chairman sergio valencia and he ask some smart buddy prepaid call card and some cash to be a member of pcso(membership fee) 3000 pesos then he well give the winning number of suetres lotto 100% but he just scam w/ us here and many does happen here about that things someone pretend to be mr. chairman of pcso so plz take urgent action of this matter …..

just a concern and query on the authenticity of each draw and on the draw machine used. my concern is on the machine. it is transparent and also has a transparent pipe in the middle used to suck the ball. when the balls are being blown, there may be a possibility that the intended ball can be selected at will by a press of the button (by someone) to suck the wanted ball once the wanted ball has entered the rim of the suction pipe. a query in my mind now is, how and who controls the “sucking” of drawn ball. it is not made mention in the TV or in your websites or other forums. is the sucking of each drawn ball electronically acuated (by computer or PLC program) or “manually” actuated. Hope it is not the latter. and pls also clarify this statement.
